Adds support for YouTube 20.26.46 and 21.23.492, the last releases that run on Android 8 and 9.

The port is by @Benjamin (first commit, authored by him). The four commits after it are follow-ups, rebased on top:

Completes the port for Save to device, Download Shorts, Unlock queue, Theme and Dim Shorts overlay on the older releases.
Hides the Shorts share and remix buttons by accessibility ID instead of position.
Saves downloads that arrive as one progressive MP4.
Adds Download to the menus of Shorts cards in feeds, search and channels.

Every patch applies on 20.26.46, 21.23.492, 21.37.42 and 21.40.166 (78/78), and on YouTube Music 9.40.51 (26/26). Tested on Android 8 and 9 emulators and on Android 16.
