All 23 patches on the v2 SDK through the app.reseam.workspace plugin: patch declaration first in every file, targets below it, options declared in the patch block, Telegram package and version in one TELEGRAM value, extension stubs under src/stubs/java, no per-module build scripts. Requires the engine patch-api-v2 branch (plugin 0.5.0).

Verified against Telegram 12.7.1 and Instagram 419.0.0.49.71 with the local workspace: 0 failed patches, output CRC-identical to the previous verified run.
